Job Description
To support a high-performing commercial property and casualty team, the full-time Georgia Licensed Inside Broker will manage a book of business, providing technical expertise and customer service while negotiating and securing coverage in a remote environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial casualty business
Analyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and existing carrier partners while building new carrier relationships
##### Required qualifications
Active State Property & Casualty license and/or Surplus Lines license
5+ years of wholesale insurance brokerage experience
Strong background in Commercial Casualty placements
Experience handling high volume, fast-paced brokerage workflows for large, complex commercial casualty accounts
Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
