We have an opportunity available at our Highbrook, Auckland plant for someone to join our production team. Previous manufacturing, machine operation or glass processing experience is preferred, but it’s not essential — the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training will be provided, along with PPE, uniform and safety boots.
This is hands-on work in a busy production environment — fast-paced, physical and practical. If you like keeping busy, working as part of a solid crew and taking pride in a job well done, you’ll fit right in.

What we’re looking for
Previous manufacturing, machine operating or production experience is preferred, but not essential
A great attitude andgenuine willingness to learn
A strong work ethic — you turn up, get stuck in and pull your weight
Reliable, organised and switched on
Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy production environment
Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
A genuine commitment to Health & Safety
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills would be an advantage
