Job Description
The PayPal Global Account Specialist is an essential role at the forefront of our customer experience, responsible for managing critical customer relationships and providing a superior level of customer service. We are seeking an experienced account specialist who has a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and superior problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.Qualifications for the Global Account Specialist include: a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience managing customer accounts; knowledge of customer relationship management software; familiarity with PayPal’s products and services; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
