### **Minimum qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- Experience in business, Go-To-Market, or commercialization
related functions.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with App Ads.
### **Preferred qualifications:**
- Experience designing/implementing product and sales GTM strategies.
- Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
- Experience with engaged app advertising.
- Experience in digital advertisement strategy (i.e., agency or industry) and a passion for connecting formats, audiences, and channels through data.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**
--------------------
- Define Google Customer Solutions (GCS) product and go-to-market strategy for Core UAC within GCS from concept to scale.
- Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on the Apps ecosystem and how our customers use our full suit of App Advertising solutions.
- Build a medium term product goal by identifying key product needs across GCS and partner with Product/Engineering teams to execute action plans.
- Partner with in-region teams to ensure seller readiness to support new products/features.
- Work with product, marketing, RSO, gTech and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in-region.
