**Skill Required:**

Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain high performance backend services using Go (Golang) Build and maintain RESTful andor grpC APIs supporting internal and customer facing applications Write clean, idiomatic, well tested Go code following CIBC engineering standards System

Design Scalability Contribute to the design of scalable, fault tolerant microservices Apply concurrency patterns using goroutines, channels, and synchronization primitives Optimize application performance, reliability, and resource usage Security.

Risk Compliance Build services that comply with banking security standards, data privacy, and internal controls Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms Support audit, risk, and vulnerability remediation activities as required Quality

DevOps Write unit, integration, and performance tests Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices Support CICD pipelines and containerized deployments Contribute to monitoring, logging, and operational readiness.

Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, SRE, and Platform teams Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when required.

Salary Range - CA$ 70,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per Year
