• Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for enthusiastic graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants in schools across Ipswich.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a school environment, develop your confidence working with children and young people, and discover whether a career in teaching or education could be right for you.
• The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you may

Support pupils in the classroom, either individually or in small groups

Help pupils stay engaged with their learning and make progress

Provide encouragement and positive support to children who may need additional help

Work alongside teachers and other support staff

Gain experience of different teaching and learning approaches

Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural or pastoral needs where appropriate
