Graphic Designer
Job Description
Are you a creative all-rounder who loves working on a wide variety of designs?
If you’re equally happy crafting a beautiful editorial layout, creating scroll-stopping social content and jumping into Premiere Pro or After Effects, this could be a brilliant next move.
We’re recruiting for an established, multi-brand business looking for a sparky, ideas-driven Midweight Designer to join its small but highly influential creative team.
Salary: £30,000–£35,000, negotiable depending on experience.
This is a role with real variety and genuine creative ownership. You’ll work across print, digital, social, video, podcasts and live events, taking responsibility for your own brands and projects while helping shape how they evolve visually.
You won’t just be handed briefs to execute. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, challenge creatively and make your mark.
What you’ll be creating
Editorial layouts for premium print and digital content
Social media, website and email assets
Video content, social clips and motion graphics
Podcast visuals and audio edits
Event branding, signage and presentation materials
Campaign creative, media packs and sales decks
Client advertising and branded content
Creative assets for major live events
You’ll work closely with commercial and content teams, balancing multiple projects and deadlines while keeping the creative standard consistently high.
About you
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years’ professional design experience and a portfolio that shows genuine versatility.
You’ll need
- Strong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills
- Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- A strong eye for typography, layout and visual detail
- Confidence designing across both print and digital
- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle deadlines
- Plenty of ideas and the confidence to contribute them
- An interest in using AI tools creatively and intelligently within your workflow
- The ability to take ownership of projects and see them through properly
- Experience with social-first video, podcasts, audio editing, WordPress/Elementor or event creative would be a real bonus.
- Why consider it?
- This is an opportunity to join a creative team where you’ll have far more variety and ownership than you’d find in a narrowly defined design role.
You’ll benefit from
£30,000–£35,000 salary, negotiable depending on experience
Private healthcare
Company pension

Company social events
Opportunities to travel to international events, including destinations such as Dubai, Las Vegas and Chicago

If you’re a versatile designer with strong ideas, great attention to detail and the confidence to move between formats without missing a beat, we’d love to see your portfolio.
