**About the Opportunity**

The Greenhouse / Planting Line Supervisor will lead daily greenhouse production activities, coordinate workflow, and support production teams to ensure operational efficiency.

This role oversees plant line operations including seeding, transplanting, and sticking, while working closely with the growing, logistics, and quality control teams to meet production targets.

Based in Iron Springs, Alberta, this position plays an important role in supporting plant production and order fulfillment with strong attention to detail and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Greenhouse Production Operations**

• Oversee daily plant line operations within the greenhouse
• Coordinate production tasks including:
• + Seeding

+ Transplanting

+ Sticking

• Ensure production targets are met according to the weekly production schedule

**Team Management**

• Supervise, train, and support greenhouse plant line workers
• Assign daily tasks based on operational priorities
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance
• Promote a positive, safe, and team-oriented work environment

**Quality Control**

• Ensure plants meet company quality standards
• Identify plant health issues, pests, or diseases and report them to the growing team
• Monitor proper plant handling to prevent damage

**Collaboration**

• Work closely with the Production Manager and Head Grower to execute production plans
• Participate in production planning meetings

**Safety and Compliance**

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures
• Train staff on safe work practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

**Reporting and Documentation**

• Maintain production records and track line performance
• Report operational issues and progress to the Production Manager
