Joining the Growth team, the full-time GTM Engineer will manage the internal platform for GTM operations, focusing on code review, feature development, and infrastructure management while working in a hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Review pull requests from cross-functional contributors to ensure code quality and production readiness

Identify and develop solutions for business problems, integrating external APIs and managing feature development end-to-end

Oversee deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform while maintaining documentation and contributor patterns

##### Required qualifications

3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end development

Fluency in a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, and API integrations

Experience in a multi-person codebase, including code review and managing merge conflicts

Proven track record of owning features from problem identification to solution implementation and adoption

Comfort with DevOps practices, including server management and deployments
