Hard FM Supervisor
Job Description
Contract Monitoring and Performance
Support the Trust Hard FM Manager in monitoring outsourced Hard FM services to ensure delivery against contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs and service standards.
Monitor contractor performance, outstanding actions and recurring service failures, escalating concerns where appropriate.
Undertake site inspections and quality assurance checks of contractor activities and completed works.
Technical Compliance
- Support assurance that statutory maintenance, PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial activities are delivered in accordance with relevant requirements.
- Review maintenance records, certification and contractor evidence to support monitoring of statutory compliance.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant legislation, Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs), Health Building Notes (HBNs) and Trust requirements.
