Job Description
Owning the sales and marketing functions, the full-time remote Founding Head of Growth will manage the entire sales process from initial conversations to contract signing while also developing and executing internal marketing strategies for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage inbound sales processes, including introductory calls, presentations, and contract negotiations
Develop and execute internal marketing strategies, including Meta advertising campaigns and brand positioning
Create and maintain sales playbooks and marketing assets to support growth initiatives
##### Required qualifications
3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
