Job Description
Leading the revenue operations function, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will manage key operations for GTM, post-sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives, driving alignment with stakeholders and optimizing reporting systems while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead operations functions for GTM, ensuring effective execution and alignment with key stakeholders
Design and optimize the GTM reporting suite to facilitate better decision-making for leadership
Drive annual and in-year GTM planning, including capacity planning, territory design, and compensation planning
##### Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related functions
7+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools
Proven ability to influence executive leadership through data and operational rigor
Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning
Strong business acumen and analysis skills, including presentation development
