Job Description

Package Description: As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join our valued Gravesham Central Community Team based at Gravesham Community Hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver care where it matters most, in peoples homes and local clinics, helping individuals stay independent and supported within their own communities. You will be part of a supportive, close knit community nursing team that works together to deliver high quality, compassionate care across the Gravesend area.

A salary of £24,785 with access to our group pension

Free tea, coffee and milk at your base location
