Manage contract lifecycle processes, including intake, drafting support, execution, and renewals

Draft and maintain legal agreements, templates, and correspondence while supporting healthcare and corporate contracts

Conduct legal and regulatory research to prepare materials for business and compliance initiatives

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration experience

Healthcare-related experience, including familiarity with healthcare law practices and terminology

Strong understanding of contract workflows and legal documentation processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
