Healthcare Transformation Expert/Strategist

We are seeking a versatile and highly experienced Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Healthcare Transformation Expert / Strategist - to join our Healthcare and Life Science (HCLS) team. This individual will advise payer and provider clients on value-based care, population health, and broader healthcare transformation. This leader will serve as a strategic advisor across regulatory, operational, financial, and clinical domains, going wide across healthcare topics while diving deep into specialized areas as needed.

The SME will operate at both a strategic and tactical level, focusing on practical model design, performance improvement, and executive-facing advisory services, working closely with analytics, legal/compliance, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed with excellence. In addition to delivery, this role will actively support sales pursuits, RFP responses, and client engagement efforts, helping position our consultancy as a trusted partner in the marketplace.
