Job Description
To support various human resources functions, the full-time HR Generalist will manage onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and assist with employee benefits enrollment and inquiries
- Support employee engagement activities and manage performance management processes
##### Required qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree required; emphasis on Human Resources is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources functions
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and/or SPHR certifications highly desirable
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
