Job Description
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time salaried Human Resources & Operations Generalist I will manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee onboarding processes, and coordinate employee offboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies in a remote setting.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisition management, candidate screenings, and interview coordination
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and readiness are in place
Coordinate employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews and maintaining accurate employee records
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong desire to learn and professional drive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
Experience in HR functions, including recruiting and onboarding processes
