**Skills Required:**

Lead end to end business analysis activities for the IAM modernization initiative with minimal guidance. Capture, analyze, and document functional, nonfunctional, and security requirements for SPA based IAM workflows.

Facilitate collaboration across UIUX, Development, QA, Product, Security, and Architecture teams to drive delivery. Translate existing JSF based IAM flows into clear, future state requirements and user journeys.

Own requirement traceability, delivery timelines, dependencies, and milestone planning. Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk and issue escalation.

**Skills:**

Business Analysis experience, with significant exposure to IAM or securityfocused initiatives. Strong technical understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC, identity lifecycle).

Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or SPAbased solutions. Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions and bridge business and engineering teams.

Solid Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
