Working remotely on a 6-month contract basis, the Implementation Manager will drive the project lifecycle for medical device software, managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementations in healthcare settings.

##### Key responsibilities

Schedule and conduct project kickoff and update calls with hospitals to ensure successful product implementation

Act as the primary liaison between hospitals and the company, tracking and organizing site information for both commercial and research projects

Coach clinical teams through successful go-lives and provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and training

##### Required qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in the healthcare or health-tech field

Extensive experience working directly with hospitals and healthcare IT departments

A strong background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical environments, or healthcare-focused IT

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a contract timeframe
