Driving the development and execution of cybersecurity training initiatives, the full-time remote Information Security Training Awareness Lead will design engaging training programs, manage phishing simulations, and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the creation of annual training and awareness plans aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals

Design and execute phishing simulations and insider threat training programs based on NIST standards

Develop and distribute awareness materials and maintain an online hub for training resources and schedules

##### Required qualifications

Proven experience in information security training and awareness program development

Strong understanding of NIST standards and cybersecurity best practices

Experience in instructional design and creating multi-modal training content

Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop KPIs for training effectiveness

Familiarity with automation tools such as Power BI is preferred but not required
