Conduct installations of Broadcom products for customers in a timely and professional manner

Ensure proper setup and functionality of products according to customer needs and specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during installations

Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process

Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Keep accurate records of installations, including documenting any issues or concerns

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective installations

Stay updated on new product releases and advancements in technology to provide the best service to customers

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures related to installations

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers

Attend training and development programs as required to improve skills and knowledge.
