Installation Technician

The Installation Technician deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment while delivering

an outstanding experience. This role blends mechanical skill, troubleshooting, documentation

accuracy, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver, assemble, and install commercial fitness equipment ensuring proper and safe installation methods

Handle and move heavy objects safely and efficiently

Maintain truck/van inventory; follow safety and housekeeping standards

Experience operating and driving a 26’ box truck with lift gate

Communicate professionally, providing clear next steps and timelines

Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve uptime, SLA adherence

Qualifications & Experience

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Mechanical/electro-mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand/power tools.

Commercial fitness or similar field service experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Reliable, organized, great communication skills.

Ability to work independently, local travel (and occasional overnights) as needed.

Basic proficiency with mobile apps/CRM/work-order systems.

Forklift Certified
