Working full-time within the Transactional Risk Team, the Associate R&W Broker will manage M&A deal information, prepare market submissions, and assist in client advisory regarding carrier selection and deal structures.

##### Key responsibilities

Synthesize M&A deal information and draft submissions, including coverage specifications and non-disclosure agreements

Analyze carrier feedback and prepare comprehensive coverage comparison reports for clients

Track deliverables between clients and carriers while assisting Senior Brokers in developing materials for client meetings

##### Required qualifications

College degree in finance, accounting, or risk management preferred

1-5 years of industry experience, particularly in M&A or complex insurance

Must obtain an insurance broker's license within 60 days of employment

Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to data organization

Self-starter with solid presentation skills and the ability to manage difficult client situations
