Supporting care coordination and engagement activities, the full-time Integrated Duals Program Coordinator II will manage complex escalations, mentor staff, and ensure timely, member-centered services in a remote environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for complex member and provider escalations, coordinating timely responses

Mentor and support Integrated Duals Program Coordinator I staff, ensuring consistency in documentation and workflow

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal clinical teams to ensure continuity of care

##### Required qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a social science or healthcare-related field preferred

Three years of experience in healthcare required; four years preferred

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Knowledge of local, state, and federal healthcare laws and regulations

Strong understanding of community and state support resources
