**Interim Accounts Assistant (Billing) Circa 10 Months - MAT Cover**

**Immediate Need**

**Salary - Circa £30k**

**Belfast City Centre Location**

MCS Group are recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant (Billing) to join a specialised Finance team within a Global Firm (Professional Services)

Maternity Cover - approximately 10 months duration.

**The Role:**

As the successful Interim Accounts Assistant (Billing) you will report directly to the Senior Manager & will be completing the following duties:

• Global Billing Consolidations
• Updating Bank Records & Ledgers
• Monitoring & Reconciling Payments
• Monitor P&L Balance Sheet
• Responsible for Incoming Queries

**The Person:**

The successful Interim Accounts Assistant (Billing) will meet the following criteria:

• Have previous Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience (minimum 2-3 years)
• Experience of P&L
• Experience of Billing/Payments & Credits
• SAP Experience (Desirable, NOT Essential)
• Good Communication & Teamwork Skills
