Job Description
Focused on enhancing automation and applied AI, the full-time remote IT Systems Engineer II will build and maintain automated workflows, support system integrations, and operationalize AI tools to improve internal processes at the company.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual IT and operational work
Support integrations between core systems to improve data flow and reliability
Help operationalize AI tools by connecting them to real workflows and identify opportunities for automation
##### Required qualifications
2-5 years of experience in IT systems, automation, or a related technical role
Experience building or maintaining automations and integrations across SaaS tools
Familiarity with automation platforms or scripting-based workflows
Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
Understanding of APIs and basic authentication methods (OAuth, SAML)
