Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP principles, and exception handling.
• Hands on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Working knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL operations.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and modern backend patterns.
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and deploy Microservices following best practices for scalability and performance.
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Work with MongoDB for document based data modeling and CRUD operations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including QA, DevOps, and UI teams to ensure end to end delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization efforts.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external service communication.
• Ensure code qu ality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.

Presentation and documentation proficiency, including creating clear reports, proposals, and technical explanations.
