Lead Administrator
Job Description
As a Lead Administrator at Wipro, you will be a key leader in providing administrative services to the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations, managing and motivating staff, and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is achieved. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least five years of experience in an administrative/management role. Responsibilities
Oversee all administrative operations of Wipro, ensuring the highest level of customer service is achieved.
Manage and motivate administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working to their fullest potential.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Establish goals and objectives for administrative operations and create plans to achieve them within set deadlines.
Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage financial and budgeting activities of the department, including budget preparation and forecasting.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date records of employees and other administrative data.
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
