Owning the SQL and dbt layer for data quality and analytical modeling, the full-time Lead Analytics Engineer will work remotely to transform raw clinical and claims data into trusted datasets while ensuring data integrity and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

##### Key responsibilities

Author and maintain dbt models while troubleshooting and optimizing SQL performance

Triage data quality alerts and design systematic validation checks to ensure data integrity

Lead data quality reviews and collaborate with Data Engineering on root-cause analysis for data issues

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field

Advanced SQL skills including window functions and performance tuning on columnar databases

Hands-on experience with dbt, including model authoring and testing

Working knowledge of healthcare data, particularly claims and clinical data

Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
