Lead Angular Developer

Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of responsive and high-performance Angular applications.Architect and guide the adoption of Micro Frontend patterns to enable scalable and modular UI development.Develop and optimize state management solutions using NGRX, ensuring robust and predictable application behavior.Leverage RXJS for managing asynchronous data streams and implementing reactive programming paradigms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve the technology stack. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Professional experience in front-end development with Angular.Proven expertise in state management using NGRX (Store, Effects, Entity).Strong knowledge of RXJS for reactive programming.Hands-on experience building micro frontends architectures.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration techniques.Experience working within the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.Leadership skills with experience leading technical teams or projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
