Lead Software Development Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Development Engineer to join IBM and help shape the future of our software engineering processes. In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our clients.To be successful in this position, you must have extensive experience in the software engineering field, an excellent technical acumen, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You must also be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions

Coordinate with clients to ensure that software solutions are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner

Provide technical guidance and direction to software engineers

Monitor software engineering processes to ensure optimal performance

Develop and implement software engineering best practices

Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve software engineering issues

Establish and maintain relationships with other software engineering team members

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software engineering tools and techniques

Ensure the quality of all software solutions delivered by the team

Manage and track software engineering projects to ensure successful completion
