Job Description
Lead Software Engineer, responsible for leading a team in the design, development, and implementation of applications in a full-time remote position.
##### Key Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers in technical design, coding, code review, and testing of applications
- Identify and address gaps in requirements while evaluating risks and opportunities in projects
- Support project management by estimating technical costs and conferring with clients on system requirements
##### Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
- 8 years of experience in software design, development, and requirements management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare domain and ITS claims processing
- Deep understanding of API/Microservices and Facets integration components
- Experience with cloud technologies and software engineering best practices
