Job Description
Supporting time and labor processing and compliance initiatives, the full-time Lead Time and Labor Specialist will manage advanced timesheet administration, serve as a primary escalation point for complex issues, and assist with process improvements while providing guidance to junior team members.
##### Key responsibilities
Perform advanced timesheet and Costpoint administration to ensure compliance with company and federal requirements
Lead the research and resolution of complex time and labor issues, documenting new controls for automated decisions
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance partners to ensure timekeeping accuracy and support audit activities
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant payroll or timekeeping experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Prior experience in a government contracting environment
In-depth knowledge of timekeeping systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or PeopleSoft
Strong understanding of federal labor laws and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
