**About the Role**

Technical Program Manager responsible for leading and coordinating strategic technical initiatives across large teams within the National Channel Compensation and Modernization portfolio. This role requires strong TPM experience, with ownership of timelines, budget tracking, stakeholder management, and project execution end-to-end.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast-paced technical environments. Must have experience working with technical teams, understanding technical language and new technologies, as well as strong skills in financial tracking and tools such as Google Sheets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and execute technical projects within the assigned squads, end-to-end, with full ownership
• Drive cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple teams and departments
• Oversee project timelines and proactively identify/communicate risks and delays
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of technical milestones
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead technical program reviews and status reporting to senior leadership
• Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-team dependencies effectively
• Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams on feature delivery
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Leads sprint planning sessions, defining clear acceptance criteria and working with the development team to establish realistic delivery timelines
• Facilitates daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure team alignment on sprint goals
