Leadership Opportunity - Dairy Farms Supervisor

As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Farms Supervisor to join the team and help drive operational excellence and people development.

You will support up to nine farms already within the dairy holdings stable. You'll have a strong reputation for delivering results and won't shy away from the accountability that comes with leadership.

Your experience will already include leadership and financial responsibility, either through direct people management or broader business and project responsibilities. You'll have tertiary qualifications and experience gained within a corporate, large-scale farming or commercial environment that has given you a strong understanding of business performance and people leadership. We also expect you'll bring strong industry networks and be able to point to examples where you've influenced or led improvements in performance, whether through people, systems, operational execution or commercial decision making
