##### Key responsibilities

Manage and resolve claims initiated under title insurance policies and products

Negotiate settlements and claim resolutions with claimants, third parties, and opposing counsel

Retain, monitor, and manage outside counsel and legal representation of insured clients

##### Required qualifications

Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
