About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse, you oversee clinical care delivery and guide the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage care plans

Supervise CNAs and medication staff

Monitor residents’ health and respond to medical needs

Ensure compliance and proper documentation

Communicate with families and providers

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license

Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (senior care preferred)

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making
