##### Key responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based individual and/or group/couples therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and manage personal calendar and client volume

##### Required qualifications

Valid, unrestricted psychotherapist license

Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR

Proficiency in navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools

A private, quiet, and professional space for conducting sessions

Self-motivation to manage caseload and administrative tasks independently
