Manager – Early Careers Branding & Attraction London | Hybrid Working

Join this prestiogous financial services firm – Looking for a Manager Early Careers Branding & Attraction, where you’ll lead the strategy to attract, engage, and hire top early talent across graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programmes.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and deliver the UK early careers branding and attraction strategy, with exposure to EMEA/global initiatives
  • Lead employer brand campaigns, social media, and campus engagement to drive high-quality applications
  • Manage agency partnerships, budgets, and campaign performance
  • Build relationships with target universities, societies, and diversity partners
  • Deliver standout candidate engagement (“keep warm”) strategies
  • Use data and insights to optimise attraction performance and ROI
  • Line manage and develop a small team
