Develop and implement strategies for the EMEA region to drive growth and success in consumer products and experiences

Lead a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and development

Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team to continuously improve and enhance our consumer products and experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects and initiatives

Stay informed on industry trends, consumer insights, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives and meet financial targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders in the EMEA region

Represent Netflix at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and sharing our achievements and successes

Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
