Job Description
To support day-to-day business operations, the contract Manager of IT Systems and Data Architecture will manage internal tools, data architecture, and AI tooling while ensuring security compliance, working remotely for a fixed term of 4 months with potential for extension or full-time employment.
##### Key responsibilities
Administer core SaaS systems and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective internal tool usage
Design and maintain data architecture and integrations, ensuring reliable data flows and governance practices
Support the AI tooling ecosystem and operationalize AI workflows across departments
##### Required qualifications
5+ years in IT operations, business systems, data engineering, or systems engineering
Hands-on experience with modern SaaS environments and strong Jira administration skills
Proficient in designing data models and integrations with fluent-level SQL skills
Practical experience with AI tools and familiarity with security compliance programs
Track record of building integrations via APIs or iPaaS tools
