Manager, Operations Consulting - Operations and Solutions, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Washington DC. Provide consulting services on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Design and implement business process solutions and models for utility operations. Analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Focus on providing consulting services to optimize overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. Analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.

• 5:30 p.m. Salary: $195,000 - $203,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following

• Applying expertise in Maximo, Primavera, APO, Manugistics, Aspen, SAP, or Oracle;
• Supporting teams with the design and implementation of continuous improvement processes through either Lean, Lean-Sigma, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events;
• Applying expertise in the following software solutions to assist in process improvement related projects and tasks: CMMS, Planning and Scheduling, ERP, Sustainability; and
• Leveraging tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx for reporting and decision-making.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
