Seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager, the full-time remote role will focus on developing and scaling customer acquisition channels, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating across teams to enhance engagement and expand the customer base.

##### Key responsibilities

Identify, onboard, evaluate, and optimize new marketing channels to drive significant lead volume

Build and scale marketing channels from zero to meaningful reach, particularly beyond paid channels

Utilize AI tools to improve marketing workflows, accelerate experimentation, and generate creative concepts

##### Required qualifications

At least 3 years of marketing experience, including 1 year in a senior role

Proven experience scaling a marketing channel from zero to significant reach, ideally beyond paid acquisition

Strong startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Heavy user of AI tools for marketing growth and automation

Experience in creating compelling content for various marketing materials
