To support marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Operations Specialist will develop and optimize communications across various channels, ensure campaign alignment and performance, and architect technical solutions while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity in Texas.

##### Key responsibilities

Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement

Perform end-to-end quality assurance on campaigns, validating logic, segmentation, and personalization while resolving issues and escalating complex problems as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot campaign-related inquiries and contribute to documentation for process execution and testing

##### Required qualifications

A relevant degree or equivalent formal training, certification, or work experience

5+ years of experience in a marketing or technical role, including systems integration and CRM/email marketing

Strong technical skills in HTML and database fundamentals, with knowledge of audience segmentation

Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
