Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside within a commutable distance from our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices, or who are willing to relocate.

As a member of the Employer and Producer Marketing team, our Marketing Project Manager II will join our team to design and deliver impactful training and education programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at the intersection of marketing, education, and stakeholder engagement, empowering producers and employer partners with the knowledge they need to succeed – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications

- The Marketing Project Manager II would have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, product promotions, or sales support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes

  • Training & Curriculum Development: Demonstrated experience building comprehensive, multi-topic training and education programs tailored to diverse audiences, including producers and employer groups
  • Webinar Platform Proficiency: Working knowledge of webinar and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, including scheduling, hosting, engagement features, and post-event reporting
  • Email Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms to develop, deploy, and track educational communications and campaign performance
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Knowledge: Proven ability to execute integrated, multi-channel marketing and education campaigns across both print and digital environments
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to collect, interpret, and present data and performance metrics to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable format
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong command of project management methodologies, including scope definition, resource management, timeline tracking, and multi-workstream coordination
  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams and lines of business
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Experience identifying challenges and resolving issues through negotiation, compromise, and creative thinking
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong time management skills with the ability to independently manage a complex workload and competing deadlines
  • AI Tool Familiarity: Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making is highly desired

What You Will Do at Cambia

- Design and manage employer and producer education programs from concept through delivery, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business goals

- Lead and facilitate webinar-based training sessions for producers and employer partners, covering Cambia products, services, tools, and platforms — managing all logistics from scheduling and promotion to execution and follow-up

- Develop training content and educational materials across multiple formats and channels, including webinars, email campaigns, digital resources, and supporting collateral

- Deliver technical training on tools and platforms used by producers and employer groups, ensuring audiences are equipped to navigate and utilize available resources effectively

- Partner with internal stakeholders and functional partners — including sales, product, and operations teams — to identify training needs, gather subject matter expertise, and ensure content accuracy and relevance

- Collaborate closely with fellow Employer and Producer Marketing team members to align education initiatives with broader marketing strategies and campaign calendars

- Coordinate the timely production and dissemination of training materials, ensuring the right content reaches the right audiences through the appropriate channels

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent education initiatives, maintaining accountability at every stage of production

- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis on education program outcomes, webinar engagement, email metrics, and other key indicators to inform continuous improvement

- Monitor vendor and platform performance where applicable, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards

- Present summary reviews and program updates to key stakeholders, translating data and outcomes into clear, meaningful insights

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

National pay structure — applies to the Boise, Portland, Salem, Seattle/Renton/Tacoma, Burlington, Vancouver, Lewiston, and Salt Lake City metro areas: The expected offer range is $85,000 - $110,000 and the full salary range is $80,000 - $130,000 and the bonus target is 10%.

Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota and to Arkansas, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The expected offer range is $77,000 - $104,000 and the full salary range is $72,000 - $117,000 and the bonus target is 10%.
