Supporting retail marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Specialist will manage co-op program activities, develop marketing collateral and social media strategies, and provide operational support while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the creation and management of co-op program activities, including collateral design and performance reporting

Develop marketing materials and address ongoing marketing needs for retail offerings based on customer and sales feedback

Design and execute social media strategies for multiple dealership accounts, monitoring performance for optimal engagement

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required

At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing is preferred

Experience with marketing platforms, social media management, and inventory systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
