Supporting retail marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Specialist will manage co-op program activities, develop marketing collateral and social media strategies, and provide operational support, with the flexibility of remote, hybrid, or in-person work arrangements.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the creation and management of co-op program activities and collateral, including performance measurement and reporting

Develop and enhance marketing collateral for retail offerings and collect feedback for continuous improvement

Design and execute social media strategies for multiple dealership accounts, monitoring performance for optimal engagement

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required

At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing is preferred

Experience with marketing platforms, social media management, and inventory systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
