Provide world-class customer support to PayPal merchants

Develop custom solutions to help merchants succeed

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed merchant expectations

Troubleshoot complex payment-related issues quickly and efficiently

Maintain deep knowledge of the payments industry

Establish and maintain strong relationships with merchants

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes

Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions

Remain up-to-date on changes in the payments industry
