We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic implementation of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking technology leader who can align modern workplace solutions with business objectives while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

The Microsoft 365 Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding digital transformation initiatives and providing architectural leadership across collaboration, identity, and productivity platforms.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Create end-to-end M365 solutions aligned with business goals.
• Architect services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Governance & Compliance

• Define policies for security, compliance, and data governance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Strategic Roadmaps

• Develop adoption strategies and migration plans.
• Guide organizations through modernization and digital transformation.

Leadership & Guidance

• Provide architectural oversight to engineers and administrators.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and executives.
