Job Description
To support an enterprise implementation, the remote Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Architect will manage the full Dynamics platform, design scalable solutions leveraging Power Platform components, and lead technical delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
##### Key responsibilities
Own and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, user setup, and lifecycle management
Design enterprise solutions using Power Platform components and develop optimized business workflows
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for troubleshooting and performance issues while providing technical leadership to delivery teams
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM-focused)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Strong experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise application architectures
Experience in developing workflows and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Proficient in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
